The ROCORI Build Project



The Central Minnesota Habitat for Humanity ROCORI Build Project is an example of three communities and their surrounding areas uniting together to assist a low income family. The town sites of Rockville, Cold Spring, and Richmond, MN, have combined their talents and resourcesi nto a single vision of building a home for a qualified partner family.


The project has already:

  • Established an alliance with ROCORI High School's Discovery Academy to joinly construct a home for a low income partner family.
  • Scheduled public informational meetings to find a qualified family.
  • Engaged multiple volunteers through community awareness meetings and fundraising activities.
  • Identified a building site within the Rockville, Cold Spring, and Richmond (ROCORI) area.


How You Can Help

Central Minnesota Habitat for Humanity depends on volunteer labor and tas deductible contributions of cast, matierals, and professional services to build and renovate decent, affordable homes in partnership with low income families.

  • Cash Contributions: Every dollar will go towards the local community project. Visit www.rocoribuildproject.org to learn more and donate!
  • Individual Corporate Sponsorships: Through cash or in-kind donations.
  • Volunteering: Volunteers are needed to help with current fundraising activities, serve on variousother committees or to help on active build projects.
  • In-Kind Donations of Goods or Professional Labor/Services: This includes contributions of construction & housin materials, as well as skilled labor or other professional services. Are you or your business willing to help?
